Don't worry, guys! I don't think Aqua's really been "Nort-ified". First of all, how would Xehanort have known where to find her? Nobody knew that she was in the dark realm except for Mickey. Second, in Kingdom Hearts, having yellow eyes is a common side-effect of using darkness powers, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're a Xehanort. Take Ansem The Wise, for example. He had yellow eyes too, but that was due to the darkness and it had nothing to do with Xehanort. Also, remember that one CG scene where Terra's eyes turned yellow BEFORE Xehanort stole his body? That was also a side effect of the darkness. Don't forget Vanitas too. He's wasn't a Xehanort during BBS and he still had yellow eyes.
